Our Yoga Guru: Zura Kazishvili

Joining us throughout the journey will be a unique individual, a yoga guru – Zura Kazishvili. His personal yoga practice began in 2002, and it was only in 2012 that he became a teacher. After years of experience, he created a unique style that combines elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga. Yoga perfectly complements the atmosphere of Georgia. Our days will begin with awakening practices, and each evening will conclude with stretches and meditations before bed. This will allow us not only to enjoy the beauty of nature but also to find inner harmony.
